About me
I’m a Czech teacher. I will teach you to confidently communicate in Czech at the office, at work and in the circle of Czech friends. I cooperate with motivated students who have chosen Czech as one of their priorities and are looking for a guide to help them achieve their language goals.
Get to know me a little more…
Czech republic
I was born and grew up in Prague. I’ve lived here my whole life, with the exception of some time spent studying in Germany.
Educational background
I am a graduate of the Charles University (Faculty of Education). In 2022, I completed a special course in teaching Czech as a second language, also at Charles University. I train other Czech language teachers in courses organized by the Institute of Language and Preparatory Studies at Charles University.
From September 2022, I also teach Czech to young scientists at the Czech Academy of Sciences. My degree, certificates and experience are not the end of my educational journey, though – I keep improving my skills, from effective teaching methods to social media content publishing.
Teaching is my thing
I started teaching in a language school, where I discovered that this is what I want to do. Now I’m freelancing and loving every moment of it!
What I do when I don’t teach Czech…
TRaveling
I’m a digital nomad. I live and work abroad part of the time (I prefer the sunny beach regions). The rest of the time, I live in Prague, which I love and regularly come back to.
Languages
I’m a foreign-language student, like you. I speak English and German. I’ve started learning Italian. I understand your worry and uncertainty, being afraid to use the language. I’ll be happy to share what worked best for me, and we can support and motivate each other on our language journeys.
What else I like
Czech beer, Italian coffee, books, the sea, and warm climes.
